The service portal for current and prospective students is the information hub for the array of university information, guidance and administrative services for both German and international students.
Representatives from Student Administration, the International Relations Office, the Central Student Advisory Office, the Career Service, the Heidelberg School of Education (HSE) and the Centre for Teacher Education are on hand to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
You’ll find the service portal on the ground floor of the University Administration building, room 36, Seminarstr. 2.

Information Desk
Information on any questions concerning academic studies for both German and international students. Where applicable forwarding to the back office of the Student Administration, the International Relations Office and the Central Student Advisory Office.

Once a month, advisors from the regional authority responsible for the organisation of state examinations (Landeslehrerprüfungsamt – Außenstelle Karlsruhe) offer support for prospective teachers during an open consultation hour at Heidelberg University. Career Service
Information and counselling, courses, career service, competency building. Use the Service Portal or careerservice@uni-heidelberg.de to schedule an extensive appointment with the Career Service.
