International Conference of Physics Students, August 10-17, 2014
This international conference was organised with enormous commitment by Heidelberg physics students, with additional support by UniKT. The visa requests poured in from countless countries for this unique conference, which offered everything from lectures by renowned speakers and poster sessions to excursions in the region.

Protostars and Planets VI, July 15-20, 2013
Astronomy in Heidelberg frequently draws the international community. An extremely attractive conference programme was set up in cooperation with the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy (MPIA). For UniKT, the conference of 850 attendees was a substantial assignment, with preliminary and follow-up work that stretched over years.

Poetics and Linguistics Association Annual Conference 2013 (PALA), July 31 - August 4, 2013.
Heidelberg played host to the annual main event of this academic association devoted to English style and the language of literature. Careful attention to detail and an individual conference preparation ensured that the attendees shared a rewarding experience.

Synthetic Biology – from Understanding to Application, December 9-11, 2013
