CfA LERU Doctoral Summer School 2014 “Doing the right things right – Research Integrity in a Complex Society”

This year’s Doctoral Summer School of the “League of European Research Universities” (LERU) will take place at the University of Helsinki from July 14 to 18, 2014. The summer school is aimed at outstanding doctoral students at an advanced stage of their training.
As a member of LERU, Heidelberg University can send 1 or 2 doctoral students to the summer school. The Graduate Academy will select the final participants from the group of candidates recommended by their doctoral supervisors.
Supervisors and institutes should send their recommendations to the Graduate Academy (graduiertenakademie@zuv.uni-heidelberg.de) at the latest by March 14, 2014 with the following documents:
- Letter of recommendation from the doctoral supervisor
- Curriculum vitae and motivation letter from the doctoral student including a short description of the doctoral project.
The application should be longer than 4 pages.
Participation in the summer school will be supported by the Graduate Academy with a travel grant of 500 Euro.
