Infoveranstaltung des Doktorandenkonvents am 29. Mai

Liebe Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden,
der Doktorandenkonvent der Universität Heidelberg sucht Kandidat*innen für seinen neuen Vorstand und lädt am Mittwoch, den 29. Mai, zu einer Informationsveranstaltung ein, um über die Positionen im Vorstand und die anstehenden Wahlen im Juli zu informieren.
Der Doktorandenkonvent ist die zentrale Vertretung der Doktorand*innen an der Universität Heidelberg. Der Vorstand des Konvents leitet die Organisation und wird für ein Jahr gewählt. Die Mitglieder des Vorstands delegieren Vertreter*innen in andere Komitees wie das Council for Graduate Studies. Wenn Sie als Doktorand*in der Universität Heidelberg Interesse daran haben, Ihre Kolleg*innen zu vertreten und sich in die Aktivitäten des Doktorandenkonvents einzubringen, sind Sie herzlich eingeladen, an der kommenden Informationsveranstaltung teilzunehmen. Sollten Sie die Veranstaltung nicht besuchen können, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, sich mit Ihren Fragen und/oder Ihrem Interesse an den Doktorandenkonvent unter doktorandenkonvent@uni-heidelberg.de zu wenden.
Die Veranstaltung findet am 29. Mai um 18 Uhr im Käthe Leichter Forum, INF 370, statt.

Doctoral Convention Information Event on May 29th
Dear doctoral candidates,
The Doctoral Convention of Heidelberg University is looking for candidates for their new executive committee and will be hosting an information event on Wednesday, May 29th to provide information about the positions on the executive committee and about the upcoming elections in July.
The Doctoral Convention(DoCo) is the primary representative body of doctoral candidates at Heidelberg University. Its executive committee (ExCo) constitutes the head of the organization and is elected for one year. The members of ExCo delegate representatives to other committees like the Council for Graduate Studies. If you are a doctoral candidate at Heidelberg University and are interested in representing your peers and being involved in the activities of the Doctoral Convention, you are warmly invited to attend the upcoming information event. If you cannot make it to the event, you can ask questions and/or express interest by contacting the Doctoral Convention via doktorandenkonvent@uni-heidelberg.de.
The event will take place at 6 pm on May 29th at the Käthe Leichter Forum, INF 370.
