Liebe Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden,
sollten sich aus der Arbeit an Ihrer Dissertation Konflikte ergeben, stehen Ihnen sowie den Promotionsbetreuern und -betreuerinnen der Universität Heidelberg zwei Ombudspersonen als vertrauliche Ansprechpartner zur Seite. Die Ombudspersonen stellen eine unabhängige Instanz dar und verstehen sich als Beratungs- und Vermittlungsstelle.
An der Universität Heidelberg sind aktuell Frau Prof. Dr. Christiane von Stutterheim (Institut für Deutsch als Fremdsprachenphilologie) und seit 01.04.2022 Prof. Dr. Michael Wink (Seniorprofessor im IPMB, Pharmazeutische Biologie) als Ombudspersonen tätig. Prof. Wink folgt auf Prof. Dr. Hans-Werner Wahl (Seniorprofessor NAR), dem wir für seinen Einsatz in den letzten Jahren herzlich danken.

Dear doctoral candidates
Should conflicts arise during the work on your doctoral project, two ombudspersons are available to you and your supervisors at Heidelberg University as confidential contacts. The ombudspersons represent an independent authority and see themselves as an advisory and mediation body.
Currently, at Heidelberg University Professor Christiane von Stutterheim (Institute for German as a Foreign Language) and, since April 1, 2022, Professor Michael Wink (Senior Professor in the IPMB, Pharmaceutical Biology) serve as ombudspersons. Professor Wink succeeds Professor Hans-Werner Wahl (Senior Professor NAR), whom we sincerely thank for his dedication in the past years.
