Nature Masterclasses live webinar “Leveraging your online researcher profile: Insights from editors, researchers and journalists” on September 3

Dear Doctoral Candidates,

Why is having a discoverable online profile so important for young researchers? Who might be searching for you online and how? How can you make sure your profile stands out and reaches the right audience?

On September 3, starting at 5 pm (CET), these questions and more will be answered by C. Daniela Robles-Espinoza, Associate Professor at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, David Payne, Managing Editor for Careers and Supplements at Nature and Miranda Vinay, Associate Editor for Communications Engineering during the Nature Masterclasses live webinar “Leveraging your online researcher profile: Insights from editors, researchers and journalists”. The experts will discuss the importance of having a strong online researcher profile, how and when they look for researchers, and their advice for standing out from the crowd. They will also answer questions from the audience.

This is the corresponding webinar to the new Nature Masterclasses course on “Building a Strong Online Researcher Profile”. The webinar and course will give you valuable and practical tips to help you get started.

Please note that any questions should be submitted during registration, via the registration link. While the experts will attempt to answer as many questions as they can, in the interest of time, they may only be able to cover questions of common interest, so please keep your questions relevant to the topic of building and optimizing your online researcher profile(s).

To maximize your learning experience with this webinar, it is recommended you work through the Building a Strong Online Researcher Profile course before you join the webinar. However, this is no prerequisite for signing up.

For all details on the event and how to register please visit: Webinar: Leveraging your online researcher profile. Make sure to register soon as places might fill up quickly!

Best wishes,
