Reception

In our hallway, you may be greeted by the organizer with a glass of champagne or a cup of coffee. The wooden floors and warm colors of the Art Deco Villa in Heidelberg’s Altstadt offer a pleasant conference atmosphere.  

Dialogue

At the core of every conference is the intellectual discourse and to facilitate the exchange, we offer two conference rooms: Quantum Leap and Workshop Room. The Quantum Leap can accommodate up to 80 people while 20 people can be seated in the Workshop Room. Moreover, the rooms are technologically equipped to ensure the conferences take place in a seamless manner. ►Technical equipment

Since Plato’s Symposium, we have been aware of the importance of respite during scientific work. Therefore, our hospitable staff will ensure all guests are served with refreshments in the two dining rooms Quiche and Quark. These rooms can also be used for briefings before an event or to exchange ideas after the lectures over refreshments. ►Catering at IWH

Discussion

IWH offers the opportunity to exchange thoughts before, during, and after the conference. Guests can come together in the garden with a splendid view of the castle or inside the cozy rooms.
Please make an appointment beforehand.

After a long day of engagement with complex notions and ideas, guests can end the day in our comfortable noiseless rooms to get a peaceful sleep and invigorate their minds. To ensure maximum comfort out staff will be available to assist the guests if needed. ►Our Apartments
