Department 1.3 Managing Officer - Inner Services

The Managing Officer supports the university registrar, administration divisions and institutions in all matters related to the organisation of procedures, processes and record-keeping. Services include university-wide and external mailings. It also provides introductory administrative training to new employees. In addition to mailing and distribution, the mailroom handles questions regarding bulk and international mail.
