Application

If you wish to apply at Heidelberg University

Please submit your application by May 15th (cut-off date) in accordance with the admission regulations. The application (for students with a German or foreign BA degree) is organised exclusively online via the platform heiCO of Heidelberg University:

The following documents must be submitted via heiCO:

• A scan of a notarized copy of certificate of qualification for university matriculation
• Copies of transcripts of records
• A scan of a notarized copy of the B.A.-Diploma (can be submitted by 1 August at the latest)
• Certifications of language skills

In addition, we ask you to send

• a meaningful letter of motivation (1 page)
• a CV in table form

by May 15th to internationales.iek@zegk.uni-heidelberg.de.
After reviewing the documents, selection interviews will take place:
