International Master of Art History and Museology

Requirements for applying for the IMKM

• a Bachelor’s degree in Art History or a study course with comparable subject matter, which has to be comprised of at least 50% or 70 ECTS-Points in art history/museology
• Very good proficiency in both German and French (B2 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
• Knowledge of a two modern language (B2 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. If German is your mother tongue, e.g. English and French)
• Knowledge of a classical language (e.g. Latin, can be replaced with an additional modern foreign language)
• International experience (Erasmus, DAAD, or other exchange programs) is of advantage.
