Among Prof. Konradt's research interests are Paul and post-Pauline literature, New Testament ethics, the Gospel of Matthew, and Judaism in the Hellenistic-Roman era.

His publications include: Christliche Existenz nach dem Jakobusbrief: Eine Studie zu seiner soteriologischen und ethischen Konzeption, Gericht und Gemeinde: Studien zur Bedeutung und Funktion von Gerichtsaussagen im Rahmen der paulinischen Ekklesiologie und Ethik im 1 Thess und 1 Kor, Israel, Kirche und die Völker im Matthäusevangelium. A commentary to the Gospel of Matthew is forthcoming in 2015.
