Short Bio:

Louisa Well, born in 1991, is studying political science and English philology at the Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg since the winter term 2012/2013. In her studies she focuses on theories of International Relations, specifically on cyber security, network policy and internet censorship. Since February 2016 she works as student research assistant for Dr. Wolf J. Schünemann.
