The Library of the University Archives

 

The archive library is a reference library with a collection of around 3,800 books and magazines. Here you can find literature on the following areas:

• University and department history concerning Heidelberg and other German universities
• Matriculation editions
• Biographical and archival reference works
• Biographies with a focus on important Heidelberg figures
• State, local, municipal and city history
• University and student magazines and newspapers
• Legal, official, and regulartory papers
