Our special conditions for long-term (up to three months) guests

Apartments IWH (net):

Apartment/room for 1 person: 820 - 920 Euro / month
Apartment/room for 2 persons: 970 - 1010 Euro / month
Apartment for 3 persons: 1050 - 1250 Euro / month
(these are all 1 room studio flats including bathroom and kitchenette or rooms with private bath and shared kitchenette (2 parties max) 

Apartment for up to 4 persons (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, balcony) 1900 Euro / Monat

All prices are plus 7% tax

For inquiries we need:

• Organisor´s name/addess
• Guest name
• Host's Name
• Number of rooms (Double/Single)
• Arrival and departure date and time
