Accessibility Accessibility

Digital accessibility is a key concern for Heidelberg University in order to provide all users with access that is as unrestricted and barrier-free as possible.

The campus management system "heiCO" (Heidelberg Campus Online) complies with the EU guidelines on digital accessibility and has been awarded the Web Accessibility Certificate (WACA), which fulfils the central requirements for digital applications. By appointing a representative for digital accessibility in heiCO, we also want to ensure that exchange and improvement potentials are established and actively promoted in the future.
