With #25HAI sporty through the summer

Final action “A dynamic day in Heidelberg"

At the end of our sporty summer, accompany students on an eventful day in Heidelberg in this cool music video: Between sunrise and sunset, the university sports team heiMOVE shows us in fast motion how the sporty balance to the head-heavy daily study routine can succeed. From the Neckar meadow to the castle, via the Marstall to the Thingstätte. Remember your favorite (sports) locations from your student days - and discover new ideas for exercise in between!

Premiere: 29 September 2021

Workouts

Every Saturday in August, we presented a new virtual sports offer: versatile, crisp outdoor workouts (15 - 30 minutes) that put different locations in Heidelberg in a sporty light. A mix for all ages and fitness levels, designed to encourage you to join in, follow along and have fun. Originally produced by students for students - and at the moment with sporty greetings made available to the HAI network.

Short Exercise Videos

Every Monday in August, we showed you a new, motivating and varied exercise video (2-3 minutes) that could be played in between times or also as often as you like to take an active break: Switch on, get going!
