Is it possible to go to the receptions without registering beforehand?

Unfortunately, it is not. For planning purposes, the WGTh reception has a nominal fee of 10 €. For space reasons, the City of Heidelberg reception can hold a maximum of 200 people, with places allocated according to the order of registration. Please let us know if you are unable to attend this reception so that we can reassign your spot.

Registration for the receptions via the online conference registration form is required.

Can I spontaneously attend the conference on individual days?

Yes, it is possible to purchase day tickets for individual conference days through the online registration form as well as in the conference office.

What about the catering?

Catering is not included in the conference fees. In addition to the cafeterias—the Triplex Mensa (Grabengasse 14) and the Zeughaus Mensa (Marstallhof 3), there are many restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores in the immediate vicinity of the Neue Universität. Our staff in the conference office will be happy to help you with any specific questions.

I have already registered for the conference, but something has come up on short notice and I will not be able to attend. Is there a way to cancel my registration?

Should you need to cancel your registration, please contact the WGTh office (geschaeftsstelle@wgth.de).

Will the conference sessions be simulcast online/Is it possible to attend the conference online?

Currently, all sessions are planned as in-person events without an online simulcast. We will give immediate notice should this change.
