About the Lab |
| The research of the Thomas Lab is at the interface of organic chemistry, biochemistry and biophysics. Key focus is the understanding of protein folding. We use this knowledge to design peptide scaffolds with catalytic activity and to understand protein aggregation mechanisms in neurodegenerative diseases such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.
