Sebastian Harnisch is professor of Political Science at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg. His research focuses on German and American Foreign Policy, European affairs, theories of International Relations, non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and Korean Affairs. He is co-editor of “Germany as a Civilian Power? The Foreign Policy of the Berlin Republic” (Manchester UP, 2001 with Hanns W. Maull) and of “German Security Policy. An Assessment of the Schröder government’s track record” (in German) (Nomos Verl. 2004; co-editors Christos Katsioulis/ Marco Overhaus) in addition to more than fifty articles in journals and volumes. Sebastian Harnisch is also Co-Editor of the Online-Newsletter and E-Monograph series of www.deutsche-aussenpolitik.de; Editor of the Nonproliferation letter. |
