Help shape and support the HAI network through your engagement in various groups
Our aim is to keep the worldwide HAI network up-to-date, diverse and interesting for people of all ages, disciplines and nationalities. This can only be achieved together with the HAI members – with you. Whether through personal or financial support, professional, regional, national or international: find your niche and get involved.

Coordinating an online group
Are you a member of one of our alumni groups in HAInet and can you imagine helping to shape its content and administration? As a coordinator, you will post suitable news for the group, manage new members and keep track of the group's activities and development. Are you interested? Then get in touch with HAI and bring a breath of fresh air to your group.
Be active in your own region
Are you a member of Heidelberg University's global HAI network and would like to promote activities in your region and bring like-minded people together? Whether digitally or in person, give your ideas free rein. We welcome local involvement and your suggestions. Contact your group coordinators or HAI and start your project in your region soon.
Get involved in a committee
Are you a member of one of our networks that is organized in the structure of a registered association or a club and would like to get involved? In order to enable rotation within the positions and a better distribution of tasks, we are regularly looking for volunteers for board or chair positions! Contact HAI or the coordinators of your network.
Providing resources
Would you like to support a group with resources, for example by offering premises for an event? Do you have access to technical, event-related equipment and can provide this? Or would you like to make a financial contribution to the success of an activity, for example by subsidizing catering or material costs? Then contact us or the coordinators of your network.
Organize events & activities
Are you a member of one of our professional, regional or international networks and enjoy organizing events? Do you have an idea for a one-off activity or a regular event that you would like to realize? Then contact HAI or the coordinators of your network and soon enough organize your event together with other members.
