You are satisfied with your journey in life and have arrived in the middle of it, so to speak, while others are still searching for the right track? Have you successfully reconciled your professional and private life and found your work-life balance? Then as a mentor, you can pass on your experience to those seeking advice, using the example of your personal development in career, science and life design.
Be a Career Contact
Support the next generation with your expertise. For example, as a speaker at career orientation events or as a career contact: give students a real insight into professional life and your workplace, or share your field of interest, your scientific activities, or something unusual from your professional life.
