Looking backKnowledge continues to grow: active participation in further training programmes
Graduating from university does not mark the end of learning – quite the opposite! In order to support its members on their further educational path, HAI offers a further education programme that is helpful for studying and working. In the summer semester, around 170 alumnae and alumni took part in the courses.
Strategic networking: HAI members optimise their LinkedIn presence
A total of 135 alumnae and alumni took the opportunity to take part in a webinar trilogy on the social media platform LinkedIn in the summer. LinkedIn has around 850 million members worldwide and is a popular platform for professional networking. During the online seminars organised by HAI, the alumni learned how to optimise their LinkedIn presence and strategically expand their professional networks. LinkedIn professional Lilli Rohde also let the participants in on the secret of successful posts on the platform: she showed them tips and tricks on how to maximise their reach.
The programme, which was held in both German and English, was aimed exclusively at HAI members and was free of charge for them.
Online course "German as a foreign language" for HAI members and partners
Refresh, rediscover or improve your German – HAI offers its members and their partners online language courses for all levels from A1 (zero beginner) to C2 (advanced) in cooperation with the International Study Centre (ISZ). In the summer semester, 34 participants from 14 different countries took part in this programme. They practised the four basic skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing and at the same time received information about the country.
HAI members and their partners can once again take online courses for German as a foreign language in the winter semester.
