Areas of Responsibility:

Consistent Image
Corporate Design/Publishing is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and advancement of a consistent image for the university. A corporate design concept and additional design guidelines ensure that the university puts forward a consistent image at all levels.

Print Products
The Corporate Design/Publishing team designs and manages the production of print products such as posters, brochures and invitations for the administration, faculties, institutes and other university institutions. Their support services cover the entire process from advice to text and design to composition and print.

Target-group-oriented Publications
The Corporate Design/Publishing team oversees the major publications under the editorship of the rector, such as the Ruperto Carola Research Magazine. These publications feature articles on the university’s accomplishments and mission and sharpen its profile.

Stationery & Business Cards
The Corporate Design/Publishing team provides letterhead stationery to the institutions and institutes of Ruperto Carola. In addition, all employees can order business cards in the corporate design.

Conference & Events Materials
Conference materials in the Heidelberg University corporate design can be ordered by university members at cost through the University Shop. The wide range of available items includes conference folders, notepads and bookmarks.

Heidelberg's University Seal

The seal shows the apostle Peter, the university’s patron saint, sitting under a canopy. The two kneeling knights are most likely elector Ruprecht I on the right in the wax imprint and his nephew, co-regent and successor Ruprecht II on the left.
