Our excursion begins in charming Bad Urach, an idyllic town that is not only known for its healing springs, but also inspires with beautiful historical half-timbered houses and a rich tradition. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy the unique flair of this city and stroll through the narrow streets in peace and quiet and take a lunch break.

After the break, the tour continues to a prehistoric stalactite cave hidden  below the Swabian Alb. These Exkursionsprogrammfascinating caves offer an impressive insight into the geological history of the region.

In the afternoon, another highlight awaits us: Hohenzollern Castle, the ancestral castle of the former German emperors. This imposing fortress sits majestically on a mountaintop and offers not only a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding low mountain range, but also a fascinating insight into the history of the Hohenzollern dynasty. During your visit, you will learn more about the eventful history of the castle and be enchanted by the impressive architecture.
