Exchange programs Jagiellonen-University Krakau
Within the framework of the partnership between the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the University of Heidelberg, it is possible for students from Heidelberg to apply for a scholarship to study.
The program is open to students of all disciplines except medicine, dentistry and pharmacy.

Requirements | Students should be at least in their 3rd semester of study at the time of application. Good language skills of the host country, alternatively good-very good English skills if studying in English. |

You can apply for the exchange programs via an online platform. Information on the required documents can be found on our pages and in the FAQs. If you have any questions about the application process, the Study Abroad Infocenter of the International Relations Department will be happy to help you.

Documents to be submitted
in English language:
- Online application form
- Curriculum vitae (in tabular form)
- Letter of motivation/Statement of purpose (approx. 1-2 pages)
- 2 letters of recommendation from university teachers (Re-tendering requires only 1 letter of recommendation)
- Transcript of records
- Intermediate examination/preliminary diploma certificate (if applicable)
- Language Certificate (English or Polish)
- Abitur Certificate
The reviews must be sent from the university teachers directly to auslandsstudium@zuv.uni-heidelberg.de!
