Who do I contact if I have questions about heiCO?
The heiCO helpdesk is available from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. by phone at 06221/ 54 12999 or by email at heico-support @ uni-heidelberg.de.
From 21.12.2024 up to and including 06.01.2025, heiCO Support will not be available by telephone. Your e-mail inquiries will be processed again from 02.01.2025.
