Who do I contact if I have questions about heiCO?
The heiCO helpdesk is available from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. by phone at 06221/ 54 12999 or by email at heico-support @ uni-heidelberg.de.
For operational reasons, the heiCO Helpdesk will not be available by telephone on 02.07.2024. We will still answer your e-mails during this period.
