Study Abroad (Exchange Programs)
Mobility Window
The Department of Romance Studies strongly encourages you to plan a study abroad within the framework of your Romance studies. The so-called mobility window is typically foreseen to take place in the third, fourth and fifth semesters. These semesters allow you to plan a study abroad that synchs best with your academic schedule. However, under special circumstances, other semesters may be considered for a study abroad after meeting with a subject-specific advisor.
The Department of Romance Studies offers a variety of exchange opportunities. It is important to inform oneself about the application process (about one year in advance) and take advantage of information sessions that are held at the Department of Romance Studies or at the International Relations Division.
