Mass Spectrometer iCAP TQe

Our new Thermo Scientific iCAP TQe ICP mass spectrometer combines high accuracy and low detection limits for a wide range of isotopic and elemental systems and offers a high level of interference removal.

The detection limits reach down to the femtogram level, allowing for analyses of ultra-trace isotope ratios and elemental concentrations.

The Triple-Quad ICP-MS in the building INF 234 is open for projects and collaborations to partners from inside or outside Heidelberg University.

It has been provided by the Research Council Research Council of the Field of Focus 2 of Heidelberg University to our working group.
