JEOL AccuTOF GCx Instrument

A JEOL AccuTOF GCx instrument, the latest model of the AccuTOF series, has been installed in our lab in July 2015.
This compact time-of-flight mass spectrometer is equipped with electron ionization (EI) and chemical ionization (CI) sources. Samples can be introduced either via a direct insertion probe (DIP) or via a gas chromatograph (GC). The instrument will be used to deliver mass spectra of low-mass molecules with accurate mass.
Since July 2015, the system is operated to provide MS service in EI mode. The system also provdes GC-MS and since March 2019 FI, FD, and LIFDI.
