What is the process like?
The coach will support you in developing your own personal solutions and transferring them effectively into your everyday professional life.
The programme is aimed at managers from the scientific and science-supporting sector as well as scientists with a doctorate.
Please note that the costs usually have to be financed from your own funds, institute funds or third-party funds.
